Thought my old roller door needed new springs but after going into Metroll I meet such a helpful guy called Victor who educated me on how to check a few things and in the end I didnt need to buy anything. What a champion. Such great service!!

Poor experience. Explained what I wanted over the phone on two separate occasions. Up sold me the wrong product, unknown to me. So, I placed the order in good faith following what I thought was their expert guidance.I went to pick up my job, discovered it was the wrong product. No refund nor negotiation. Never mind the wrong L/M price, never mind it took 30 minutes to find the job. What is $150 worth to them? Bad PR? Or never going back there and telling people not to go there as they don’t seem to know products relating to sheetmetal? Businesses like that don’t seem to get it.

Waited a long time for an order and decided to ring and check where it is, was told it’s ready for pick up and had been for 2 weeks…. I paid for delivery.Cheers guys.

They made my order to the complete wrong sizes, they then made the whole lot again but still didn’t get it all correct, they didn’t deliver plans or hardware. Terrible after service, Stay away !!

Poor people at phone and at sales . They always busy and all my orders are later than expected. They hung up phone Every time. You can't even find their manager contact details even in their own website to talk to. All hidden behind reception and sales team . Shame
